CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If unfortunately for some reason you have to cancel an order that you have already placed, you can do so if the order is not dispatched (contact us to find out the status), and we will refund the entire bill amount.
Cancellations will unfortunately not be accepted if the order is already dispatched.
We will accept returns if the product / colour that has been dispatched is different from the one ordered or if the product is found to be defective. It is also important to note that sometimes the actual colour of the product may slightly vary from what you see on the screen since all computer and mobile screens have different resolutions, so we request you to be see the colour in detail or reach out to us if there is any doubt, before placing the order.
