    No, we only accept payments through the modes listed on the site – credit cards, net-banking, bank deposit and wallets
  2. Can these yarns be used for baby knits?
    Most of our yarns are from natural fibres and can be used for babies. Some yarns as mentioned on the product pages may be blends with artificial material like nylon, acrylic or polyamide, which are also normally safe for babies. However, it is important to understand that some fibres like mohair may not be suitable for some babies, which might irritate the nasal passage.
  3. Do you ship everywhere in India?
    Yes, we ship to all pin-codes in India. We ship all packages through private couriers but where they don’t reach, we send through India Speed Post.
  4. Do you ship outside of India?
    Yes, we do, but for those orders, shipping charges will vary from case to case. It is best you write to us directly on info@thehappyhandsstore.com to discuss details.
  5. How many days will it take for delivery?
    It typically takes between 6 and 10 days for the package to reach you, depending on where the address is. However, if you have an urgent requirement, please do get in touch after you place the order and we will do our best to expedite the dispatch.
  6. Do you have any more yarns beyond what is shown on the site?
    No, we list all available yarns, colours and quantities on the site. Beyond these there are no yarns available.
  7. Are the yarn colours exactly as they are seen on the screen?
    We try our best to capture and represent the colours of the products closest to how they look. However, different device screens have different colour resolutions and there may be some variation in how it looks on your screen and how it actually looks.
  8. Do you have a physical store?
    No, we are only an online store and do not have any physical store.
  9. Can I change the address for shipping after I place the order?
    Yes, you can inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. If later than that, do get in touch with us and we can change the address if it is not dispatched by then,

    We take customised orders for the designs displayed in the hand-knit section of the website. At this point, we are not in a position to take orders for other designs.
