Shipping Charges: We just have two slabs of shipping charges:
- All orders above Rs. 1995 are shipped free of charge for all addresses in India.
- A flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable for all orders of or below Rs. 1995 for all addresses in India.
These rates are valid for deliveries within India. If you want the package delivered to any other country, please get in touch with us directly and we will let you know the estimated rates and timelines.
Timelines: Orders are delivered within 6-10 working days. To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship through private courier agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we ship your items via India Speedpost.
In case you want your yarns delivered urgently, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to expedite it. If you want to reschedule delivery for a later date, also get in touch and we will hold the package back and send it for the rescheduled date
Returns: We do not take returns unless there is a mistake in the colour sent or if there is a visible defect in the piece. We encourage you to understand the product features and the colour before you place your order
